If you can't beat NL25 then I'd definitely suggest you don't move up further because the average standard of World Poker.net opposition will start to get higher from about NL25 onwards.
I'd also point out what gets said a lot, you WANT people to call with drawing hands when they don't have correct odds to do so. That's how you make your money in the long term. But examine your game and make sure you are not giving them odds to chase World Poker.net draws. If you find you can't bluff them then it's quite simple, adjust your game and don't bluff. Don't put money in the pot unless you're pretty sure it's Internet World Poker.net favourable situation, you don't HAVE to bluff just because it's NL.
